The simplest option, and the one most visitors use. Set the destination to “Davao Crocodile Park, Riverfront Corporate City, Ma-a”. Book the return from inside the park — the estate roads are quiet and hailing on the street can take a while.

Cheapest way in
Take a Ma-a route jeepney from the city centre and tell the driver you are getting off at the Crocodile Park or Riverfront. From the Diversion Road entrance it is a short walk in along the estate road. Routes and signage change — confirm with the driver before boarding.

Taxi or app
Francisco Bangoy International Airport sits north-east of the city. The run to Ma-a crosses the city or loops via the Diversion Road; allow extra at rush hour.

Head for the Diversion Road (Carlos P. Garcia Highway) and turn into Riverfront Corporate City in Barangay Ma-a. The park is signposted inside the estate.
Parking
Riverfront Corporate City is a low-density business estate with generous road widths, so parking here is a great deal easier than anywhere in downtown Davao.
A free, unpaved-to-paved open lot sits directly in front of the park gate inside the Riverfront estate. This is where most private cars end up.
Riverfront Corporate City has wide internal roads with additional roadside space when the main lot fills. Follow the marshals rather than improvising.
Sunday afternoons, public holidays and weekday school field-trip mornings fill the lot fastest. Coach parking takes a large share of the space on those days.
Motorcycle parking is straightforward near the gate. There is no secure bike room — bring your own lock.
If you came without a car
Book the ride home from inside the park rather than walking out to the highway. The estate roads carry very little passing traffic, and app coverage inside Riverfront is better than your chances of flagging something down on the Diversion Road.
Orientation
Riverfront Corporate City is a mixed business-and-leisure development on the Davao River. The park shares it with the cultural village, restaurants and adventure operators.
The Diversion Road — Carlos P. Garcia Highway — is the bypass that loops around the city. It is the fastest way in from the airport and from the north.
Ma-a is a residential district in Talomo, south-west of the centre. Quiet, green, and about a quarter of an hour from the downtown grid outside peak hours.
